Xbox 360 Controller With PcĬonfiguration preferences for the 'tattiebogle' driver by Colin Munro. Since Macs don't have the same built-in driver support, the process of pairing a 360 controller with a Mac is a little less user-friendly, but only slightly.

If you want to use the 360 controller on unsupported games on Windows, all you need is a keymapper like Xpadder. The Xbox 360 controller automatically works with Windows thanks to built-in driver support (although the wireless version requires a special receiver). You'll use a USB driver utility called Tattieboogle to recognise either the controller or receiver and a $5.49 app Joystick Mapper to get the controllers working. This subreddit is not endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc.The basic process is the same for wired or wireless controller use with the exception that you'll need a wireless gaming receiver if you want to be wireless.
